Building a group through external growth

The JOGAM Group was formed by the successive takeover of companies working in the metallurgy sector.

The first company bought in April 1992 was PRECIMEL, located in Dreux in Eure-et-Loir. Then come, in 2003, the companies CONORM and COAERO, based in Pierres, near Maintenon. At the time, COAERO was a subsidiary of CONORM.

In May 2005, the group took over the company CZMIL, located in Montigny-le-Bretonneux in the Yvelines (78). This company, expert in technical sheet metal parts for aeronautical sheet metal work, was in strong synergy with COAERO. The two companies merged on September 1, 2007.

In July 2008, the group took over the company AMV, located in Dreux (28). AMV specialized in general mechanics, tools, unit parts, and prototypes.

In October 2014, JMH Industries, based in Croth (27), joined the group. It is mainly positioned in the fine cutting sector.

In March 2015, the group took over the company MTA Industrie, located in Chemillé (49), a specialist in gears.

At the end of 2015, PRECIMEL merged with CONORM.

July 2017, creation of the company JOGAM Composants which takes over the assets of the company Circor Bodet located in Chemillé (49).

In mid-2018, JMH merged part of its activities with AMV and the other part with Coaero.

In september 2019, we created JOGAM SET, which took over the assets of a Panhard production site, located in St Germain Laval (42).

Within its current scope, the JOGAM Group is made up of six SMEs with complementary know-hows.
